Our Services - Online Survey

Online SurveyRapid expansion in the use of the Internet and the growth of e-mail communication offers your organisation the means to reach out to gather the views of customers or employees, through the use of online survey techniques.

Online surveys can be carried out by adding an attachment to an e-mail or they can be web-based, with respondents invited to participate via a link in an e-mail or within the organisations website.

Although online surveys can be of any length and can be either quantitative or qualitative in nature, they are probably best suited to shorter surveys, of about 10 minutes in length, that favour a quantitative approach.

Whats in it for me?

There are many reasons why commercial and public sector organisations may elect to use an online survey in preference to other research methods. For example, they may wish to gauge the views of their customers in relation to a ‘product’ before bringing it to the market. Alternatively they may wish to gather the views of their employees as a means to identify the impact of proposed or recent changes within the work environment.

Running an online survey provides your organisation with a robust method for gathering the information you require, in a cost-effective and less intrusive manner.

Online surveys also enable your organisation to use visual and / or audio stimuli, thereby providing greater opportunity to test out new ideas, e.g. product designs, advertising campaigns, etc, prior to launch.

How it Works

Online surveys can be used as a standalone solution or as part of a mixed method approach; providing your organisation with greater flexibility in reaching your target group.
