The Entrepreneurs Panel Terms & Conditions

By applying to join The Entrepreneurs Panel you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1 General

1.1 The Entrepreneurs Panel is devised and run by PFA Research Ltd (company registered in England, number 2638871) and [Other_Company Ltd] (company registered in England, number 9999999), hereafter referred to as The Entrepreneurs Panel management organisations.

1.2 These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy Statement, shall be the entire agreement between you and The Entrepreneurs Panel management organisations.

1.3 The Entrepreneurs Panel management organisations shall not be liable to you or any other party should The Entrepreneurs Panel management organisations exercise their right to modify or discontinue their services.

1.4 The views and opinions contained on The Entrepreneurs Panel websites and questionnaires are not necessarily those of The Entrepreneurs Panel management organisations.

1.5 The Entrepreneurs Panel management organisations shall not be liable for any losses, costs or expenses brought about by membership of The Entrepreneurs Panel (including direct, consequential or incidental losses or damages).

1.6 Any communications or notices to be given under these terms and conditions shall be by email.

1.7 The Entrepreneurs Panel management reserves the right at any time and from time to time, to modify or amend these Terms or any part thereof, without notice to you. Your continued use of The Entrepreneurs Panel websites or continued participation in The Entrepreneurs Panel constitute an affirmative acknowledgement of any modification and your continued agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.

1.8 These terms shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

2 Entrepreneurs Panel Membership

2.1 The Entrepreneurs Panel management has the right to refuse membership or remove members from the Panel at any time.

2.2 If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or misleading, or The Entrepreneurs Panel management has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or misleading, The Entrepreneurs Panel management has the right to suspend or terminate your membership.

2.3 In order to be a member of The Entrepreneurs Panel you must be responsible for the confidentiality of emails sent to your email addresses and for any passwords you supply or accept from The Entrepreneurs Panel management organisations. The Entrepreneurs Panel management organisations will not be liable for unauthorised use of your email address or password.

3 Ceasing membership

3.1 Either you or The Entrepreneurs Panel management may terminate your membership of The Entrepreneurs Panel at any time. You may terminate by emailing membership@entrepreneurspanel.co.uk from your registered email address with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line of the email.

3.2 Your membership will terminate automatically when you cease to meet The Entrepreneurs Panel Requirements.

3.3 If your membership of The Entrepreneurs Panel is terminated by reason of your breach of these terms or if you continue as a member of The Entrepreneurs Panel after you have ceased to comply with The Entrepreneurs Panel Requirements, any benefits accrued (for example discount vouchers, rights to enter competitions, etc.) will be removed and your entitlement to those benefits will cease.

4 Personal Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 By applying for membership of The Entrepreneurs Panel you consent to The Entrepreneurs Panel management organisations holding, storing, processing and using the information you submit for market research purposes. This information will not be disclosed to third parties without your expressed consent.

4.2 The Privacy Policy Statement on The Entrepreneurs Panel web site forms part of these terms and conditions.

4.3 You hereby expressly consent to The Entrepreneurs Panel management organisations' use of your sensitive personal data for statistical purposes only.

4.4 You have the right to ask for a copy of the information which we hold on you and which is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 (for which we may make a small charge) and to correct any inaccuracies in your information.
