Experience
Robert joined PFA Research in
1992 as a member of the original research team, conducting
interviews in the use of electronic commerce. Robert's
main tasks have been the responsibility for the analytical
processes of research projects, including database design
and the development of analysis tools. Secondary duties
have included the development of in-house support systems
and the training of new recruits.
Robert has been the Market Research
Manager at PFA Research for several years and has recently
become a Director. He manages the continuing electronic
commerce research programme as well as undertaking project
management for customised research work.
Robert's other IT and business
experience has been gained through involvement with
the Ministry of Defence and at British Telecom Research
Laboratories.
Projects
Robert has participated at all
levels and in a wide range of PFA Research's projects,
from conducting telephone-based research, through analysis
and delivery of results, to overall project planning
and management. Recent projects of particular relevance
