Gil Patrick - Director

Metallurgy, Royal School of Mines, Imperial College,
London University
Experience
Gil is responsible for the overall
direction of the company and manages our project management/strategic
direction practice. Previously a Strategic Advisor to
the DTI on electronic commerce, he managed the VANGUARD
Initiative from 1987 to 1989 when he co-founded PFA
Research. Prior to which, Gil worked with US management
consultancy firm Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he was
responsible for marketing, managing and undertaking
major consultancy assignments around the world. His
work also included organisation and manpower planning
for the Chilean Government and for the Asian Development
Bank.
Previous work includes head of
strategic planning for Plessey, a UK electronics company.
As part of this position, Gil initiated the development
of a new satellite communications business which went
on to become the main military satellite ground station
supplier in the UK.
