Our Services - Postal Survey

Postal SurveyThere are many occasions when we might recommend using a postal survey for you, especially if there is a large target sample distributed across a wide geography. Often there is no completely right or completely wrong approach when it comes to selecting an appropriate methodology but postal surveys can work when it would not be cost-effective or practicable to carry out face-to-face interviewing.

Postal surveys are appropriate for large sample surveys. We offer a full service including designing, printing and distribution of questionnaires, data entry and processing, through to analysis and reporting. Our use of industry standard software enables us to tailor every aspect of the survey to your individual needs.

Whats in it for me?

Most of our public sector projects and many of our commercial sector projects utilise postal surveys, often focussed on specific groups across a particular geographical region.

There are many reasons why public and commercial organisations ask us to conduct postal research, such as seeking new market opportunities, assessing customer feedback and satisfaction, and informing marketing strategies.

Other occasions where we might recommend postal surveys for you are:

  • Usage, awareness and perception surveys;
  • Opinion surveys;
  • Benchmarking studies.
How it Works

There are many other scenarios where postal surveys will be the most effective solution and might even be a constituent part of a research project that embraces other techniques.
